FOOD SUPPLY
At the Food Bank, our food donors form the backbone of our organization.
With the help of food industries, businesses, and local food
drives, we recover excess
food to distribute to member agencies. Additional sources of
food include USDA food through
the Emergency Food Assistance Program and the national food bank
network, America’s
Second Harvest. The Food Bank has distributed more
than 17 million pounds of food over the past ten years.
